Today, the air, water, and food in every part of the world have become toxic. In such circumstances, health has become the greatest concern for humanity.Every individual's personal problems and global problems are essentially the same; the only difference is our perspective. Everyone desires solutions to these issues so that every person in the world can lead a happy, healthy life and achieve personal and familial growth. The only solution to all these problems is the establishment of a World Parliament because global issues can only be resolved at a global level. मैं संदीप सिंह सम्राट हूँ, आप सभी को मेरा नमस्कार। मेरे बारे में जानने लायक कुछ भी नहीं है, मैं एक साधारण इंसान हूँ, इससे ज़्यादा कुछ नहीं लेकिन मैं चाहता हूँ कि आप मेरे उद्देश्य के बारे में जानें। एक साधारण व्यक्ति का जीवन जीते हुए, मेरे जीवन में कई सवाल थे और मैं उन सवालों के जवाब खोजने की कोशिश कर रहा था। मेरे जीवन का सबसे बड़ा सवाल था कि मानव जीवन में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चीज़ क्या है? मैंने इस सवाल का जवाब खोजना शुरू किया लेकिन मुझे जवाब नहीं मिला। मैं चिंतित और बेचैन होने लगा। फिर मैंने आस-पास के लोगों से पूछा लेकिन किसी ने मुझे संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया। कई लोगों ने इस पर अपने विचार दिए लेकिन मैं किसी के विचारों से संतुष्ट नहीं था। यह सवाल धीरे-धीरे मुझे मानसिक तनाव देने लगा और मेरी बेचैनी बढ़ने लगी। इस सवाल का जवाब खोजने के लिए मैं कई दिनों तक घर से बाहर रहा और इधर-उधर भटकता रहा, लेकिन मुझे बाहर कहीं भी सवाल का जवाब नहीं मिला। मैं चिंतित था और हार मानने की सोच रहा था कि अब मुझे इस प्रश्न का उत्तर कभी नहीं मिलेगा और मुझे इस प्रश्न को पीछे छोड़कर अपने जीवन पथ पर आगे बढ़ जाना चाहिए, तभी मेरे जीवन में एक घटना घटी, उस घटना ने मुझे इस प्रश्न का उत्तर दिया। और मुझे इस प्रश्न का उत्तर मिल गया। इस प्रश्न के उत्तर ने मेरी जिंदगी बदल दी। इस प्रश्न का उत्तर था कि मानव जीवन में जीवन सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है और उस घटना ने मुझे जीवन की परिभाषा दी कि जो जीवन प्राणी जगत के कल्याण के लिए उपयोगी न हो, वह जीवन नहीं है। मानव जीवन वह है जो संपूर्ण प्राणी जगत के कल्याण के लिए समर्पित हो। उस दिन से लेकर आज तक मैं हर पल अपने जीवन को प्राणी जगत को समर्पित करने का प्रयास करता हूं। इसी प्रयास में मेरा ध्यान दुनियाभर की समस्याओं की ओर गया और मुझे पता चला कि आज धरती पर मौजूद हर प्राणी का जीवन खतरे में है। आज धरती का हर इंसान परेशान है और इस परेशानी का कारण खुद इंसान है। जब मैंने जीवों की सेवा को ही अपने जीवन का एकमात्र उद्देश्य बना लिया है तो क्यों न जीवों की ऐसी सेवा की जाए कि उनका जीवन सुरक्षित रहे क्योंकि किसी भी जीव के जीवन को बचाने से बड़ी कोई सेवा नहीं है। दुनिया के हर व्यक्ति की समस्याओं का समाधान हो ताकि सभी का जीवन सुरक्षित और खुशहाल हो सके। इसलिए मैं एक ऐसी दुनिया बनाना चाहता हूँ जिसमें सभी जीवों का विकास हो, सभी मनुष्य इस धरती पर शांति, प्रेम, सद्भाव और भाईचारे के साथ रहें और मानव जाति का विकास हो और हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ियाँ इस धरती पर खुशहाल जीवन जी सकें। मानव जाति के साथ-साथ दुनिया की सभी प्रजातियों का भी विकास हो, इसलिए मैं चाहता हूँ कि हम सब मिलकर एक विश्व संसद बनाएँ। इसलिए मैं इस पुस्तक के माध्यम से आप सभी तक अपना उद्देश्य पहुँचाना चाहता हूँ और आप सभी से आशा करता हूँ कि आप इसे अवश्य पढ़ेंगे और समझने का प्रयास करेंगे कि मैं क्या करना और कहना चाहता हूँ। मैं आप सभी से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि इसे अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचाने में मेरी मदद करें। धन्यवाद
